Step 1: Join the Skool community
Everything lives inside the community. The four workshops, the guide on how to run them as one system, and the group of people going through the same work.
Step 2: Put the live session in your calendar
Step 3: Find the pinned welcome post
Once you're in the Skool community, look for the pinned welcome post. It walks you through where the workshops are, which one to start with, and how to get the most out of the material.
Step 4: Watch Workshop 1 first
Even if you're tempted to skip to Workshop 4 (the AI one) or Workshop 2 (the growth one), start with Workshop 1. It's the strategy layer underneath everything else. The other three make more sense once you have that foundation.
